Bank Draft or Direct Deposits:
Bank drafts or direct deposits can be made in Canadian dollars, US dollars, Pound Sterling or Euro Dollars which ever is most convenient for you the customer. Please contact MediSCEN for further instructions on completing this type of transaction.

Credit Cards:
Credit cards will be charged in Canadian dollars. Foreign customers understand credit card companies may or may not administer a fee for currency exchange. We do everything in our power to keep the foreign prices accurate. MediSCEN updates the exchange rates on the website monthly. The client accepts that there may be a slight difference between the exchange rates their bank, trust or credit card company charges and the rate we used to calculate our foreign prices. In the case of any discrepancy between our posted foreign price and that of a client’s bank, trust or credit card company the latter will be deemed as being correct.

A shipping and handling fee will be added to all orders shipped as noted below

All orders are shipped within 3 days of receipt of order and payment in full. In the event of a backorder situation you will be advised as to an approximate day the goods are scheduled to arrive at our office.
